Family Recipe Friday - Aunt Peg’s Fried Green Tomatoes

Special Fried Green Tomatoes
Slice up your green tomatoes straight off the vine.
Beat some eggs and dip your sliced tomatoes.
Coat the slices in your favorite onion ring mix.
Fry them in a skillet of hot olive oil
