Saturday Night Genealogy Fun - My Ancestors Occupations

It's Saturday Night, time for more Genealogy Fun!!  Randy Seaver, at www.geneamusings.com presents a challenge each Saturday.  I've decided to join in again this week, this time taking a glance at the occupations in my ancestral line.  So here goes:




For this week's mission (should you decide to accept it), I challenge you to:
Geneablogger Diane Gould Hall posted WORKDAY WEDNESDAY – What kind of work did your ancestors do? on her Michigan Family Trails blog this past week, and I thought the topic could be used as an SNGF post.  Please go back several generations (say parents or grandparents or great-grandparents) and list the occupations that they had in the records you've found for them.

      Wow! That was an interesting puzzle to put together. I found a few discrepancies in my records and tidied up some information as I was assembling everyone's timeline. And those missing links stand out better now.  I am adding to my to-do list already.  Thanks for the Saturday Night Genealogy Fun!
