Wordless Wednesday (Almost) - Generations of Veterans

In a few words, this 1943 photo represents generations of Niehaus and Weber veterans.   Pictured here are Margaret "Peg" (Weber) and James "Shad" Stull, holding their new nephew, William "Billy" Niehaus.  At this time Shad was home in Indianapolis after training in California and Georgia, preparing to join the U. S. Army's fighting forces in Europe.  22 years later, the youngster, Bill Niehaus served in the Marine Corps in Vietnam.  And, in another ten years, Peg and Shad's son, James Mark Stull began his career in the Army.  We thank you all, the soldiers and the families, for your support.
