Family Recipe Friday - Chicken Stroganoff from Cousin Nancy
1-1/2 lbs. chicken (frozen is ok)
1 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix
1-16 oz. container sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Grease/pam a crockpot - mix the last three ingredients together
and pour over the chicken.
Cook in the crockpot for about 7-8 hours.
Serve over rice or noodles.
